WHAT IS BAS?
The business activity statement (BAS) is a tax reporting requirement for businesses with an annual turnover greater than $75k. We download the bas information from the ATO we will then prepare the BAS on our software for the client. This is used for reporting and paying goods and services tax (GST), pay as you go (PAYG) instalments, PAYG withholding tax and other tax obligations.
